Harry “Jay” Ellis, founder / lead designer

Jay grew up in Scituate learning the construction trade from his father and grandfather, who were both master craftsman. After attending South Shore Vocational Technical school and serving in the US Navy, Jay dedicated himself to his craft. Jay understands contemporary tastes and modern convenience and has the ability to blend them into a design that is both beautiful and functional.

As the lead designer at Ellis Building and Development , Jay works closely with clients to design a space that works with the architectural requirements and desired functionality, while  creating a visually pleasing aesthetic. His eye for detail and construction experience is integral to every remodeling project and new build the team undertakes.
